Software / Firmware update fail
« on: June 26, 2017, 10:50:11 AM »
Hi,
My first CleO updated without any issues but the second one I tired wasn't succesfull and I hope someone could help me out.

CleO firmware version is 1.1.1 (from splash screen) and I try to install v.2.1.0 with CleO PC tools 0.4.7. I've tried this on two different computers. The first attempt from a w10 computer it failed with a message I unfortunately didn't capture. On retry it said "No DFU capable USB device available" and I can't find it in device manager.
I then moved to another computer with w8. In this case it shows up as an unknown device in device manager and I can convince it to use winusb but when reconnecting its again unknown. When trying to run DFU upgrade after installed as winusb I get the Error log below:

Software / Download problem for software packages
« on: June 12, 2017, 10:43:28 AM »
The download of new software packages is painfully slow on an otherwise very good connection. I had the download fail halfway through after 30min. Was the same problem yesterday.
